â‘ DECIDE WHO
Decide who you would like drawn and the number of subjects in the drawing.

I currently offer 3 paper sizes with up to 4 subjects.

Please refer to my price list for more information.
â‘¡ CHOOSE YOUR PHOTO
Provide me with a high quality reference photo.
This is the most important step to ensure an accurate, realistic portrait. For this reason, I have created a separate photo guide.
Note: if your photo is too small, blurry, or generally poor quality I may have to refuse it.
â‘¢ CONTACT ME
Once you have chosen your photo and are happy with my prices, please contact me to get booked in.
I will let you know my availability and the estimated time it will take to produce your drawing.
*Time taken to complete your drawing will vary based on many factors (eg. my current workload, size/detail of drawing etc.) so time estimates will be given out on an individual basis.*
â‘£ DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required before I take on a new drawing. This will be discussed on an individual basis as prices vary.
If you prefer to, you may pay in full straight away.

I accept bank transfer or paypal.
⑤ DURING THE DRAWING PROCESS
With your consent I may:
- send you 1-2 work in progress photos during the drawing process.
- film your drawing into a time-lapse video.
- post images of your drawing on my website and social media accounts.

If you do not consent, I respect your right to privacy.
â‘¥ COMPLETION
On completion of your drawing I will send you a photo. If you are happy with your drawing, I will post it as soon as you pay the remaining balance.
Once you have received your drawing I will be in contact with you for some feedback and I will ask you kindly to leave me a review on Facebook.

Photo Guide
Due to the realistic nature of the drawings I create, I will require a high quality digital photo of who you would like drawn. My drawings will only be as good as the quality of the images provided, therefore, to keep a consistent quality amongst my work, I will only be accepting commissions with suitable reference photos.

Tips for choosing a reference photo:
-
You should be able to zoom in on features without them blurring, particularly the eyes, nose and mouth.
-
Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting. Day light often works best. Avoid photos with unwanted shadows.
-
Choose a photo with high contrast. Look for any obvious shadows and highlights in the face as this helps adds depth to the drawing.

Note: I am able to merge photos together using PhotoShop so that several separate photographs can be used to create one drawing. Please ensure they are all of a similar quality.
Additional Information
-
I use graphite pencils on Bristol paper for all my drawings. Occasionally charcoal may be used for particularly dark areas.

-
Drawings do not come framed as I believe it's nice for everyone to have the freedom to choose the frame that suits their style or need.

-
Drawing will be posted in corrugated cardboard envelopes to ensure they do not bend. It will be sent via tracked delivery and protected by insurance.

-
UK postage cost is included in the price. Contact me direct if you would like to enquire about international delivery and I will give you a quote.

-
If you require other sizes or specifications not listed on this website, feel free to contact me as I am flexible and we may be able to arrange something.
